主要研究方向:
1. 光电半导体晶态材料的理论预测、生长工艺与结晶机制;
2. 光伏电池技术:钙钛矿太阳能电池、量子点敏化太阳电池等新概念光伏器件;
3. 光电信息技术:光电信号探测/存储/发射器件与集成信息应用系统。
主要学术成果:
主要从事光电转化功能材料与器件的研究。提出半导体表面分子结构调控新技术,发展了异质界面分子钝化理论,阐明了界面原子结构对电子状态的作用机制,研制出工作寿命近万小时的新型光伏电池器件。迄今共发表SCI论文 60 余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者身份在 Science、Nature Energy、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 等国际期刊上发表论文 30 余篇。研究工作得到国内外专业期刊或新闻媒体如 Chemistry World、Physics World、MRS bulletin 等报道 10 余次;所发表论文中,7篇入选1%ESI高被引论文,4篇被评为1‰ESI热点论文,8篇被选为封面/插页论文,论文被SCI引用4100余次,H-index为34;在国内外学术会议做邀请报告10余次;近年来作为负责人承担了国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金和青年基金等多个研究项目,并作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目等。
